As you may have figured out by now I like music AND history so when the two come together it it creates a perfect storm of Mr. Brown happiness. There are lots of great songs that make reference to historical events by bands that I really like. Rush and Iron Maiden have several songs about history.
I'll go ahead and link the Europe song and the John Anderson I showed in class if you want to see them again.
As a child of the eighties I'm not too familiar with many of the latest music groups so I have no idea if any music has been written about about any historical subject. If you come across any new music that has history themes let me know. I'd love to see them.
